Click on the ‘Managing Certificates’ button as shown below.
STEP 3:
Click on the’ Issue A Certificate of Insurance’ as shown below.
STEP 4:
Click on the date of Certificate
2019-2020 certificate
2020-2021 certificate
STEP 5:
Click “Add Holder’ as shown below.
STEP 6:
Click in the boxes to fill in the necessary information

Click the submit button to send your information.
